Susan Spritz Myers
Susan Spritz Myers is an executive coach, trainer, and facilitator. She specializes in leadership development, supporting clients to build individual and team strategies for improved collaboration and productivity. Susan passionately partners with clients to yield greater results in their roles and organizations.
Susan’s clients are CEOs, heads of business units, lawyers and senior executives. Susan connects unspoken dots to leverage strengths, uncover blind spots and manage weaknesses. Clients report increased ability to work better together, contribute, lead and communicate with greater impact and ease. Through Susan’s guidance, clients learn to identify and reduce the amount of stress they are experiencing either internally or in working with others. Her clients hold better meetings and produce results within sharper timeframes.
Susan artfully uses many assessments with clients. She has the “right” tools to support each client’s needs. Susan is certified in The Leadership Circle, Hay Group’s Emotional and Social Competency Inventory and the Strengths Profiler, each one helps client strengthen their self-awareness and understanding of how to increase their leadership skills and impact.
Susan is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). The MCC certification is the top certification granted by the ICF, and only about 800 people hold the certification globally. Susan is also a Kolbe Master Certified Team Consultant. She helps individuals and teams leverage their innate problem-solving talents. Results produce significantly increased mental energy and reduced exhaustion, strain, tension and empowers working relationships and collaboration. Using the Kolbe tools, she also helps clients select and onboard team members, ensuring a good fit for their role and the team’s synergy.
Susan has been a coach for 20 years. Susan received her coach certification from the Coaches Training Institute and continues to keep her practice fresh with a life-long commitment to learning and embraces much continuing education. She is intrigued by the story of each of her client organizations, the people behind it and the relationship dynamics at play.
Her extensive work experience, natural curiosity, keen emotional intelligence skills and years as a seasoned coach are a tremendous benefit to her clients. As president of Stand-Buys, Ltd. she led a small regional travel club through a transformation to become a fast-paced, entrepreneurial industry leader. Then she gained corporate experience as a Vice President of Account Management/Sales with CUC International, managing the Midwest client relationships. Susan holds a BS in business from Michigan State University. Her diverse experiences give her a first-hand perspective on the complexity of leadership and team development.
