Biography
As a certified coach and experienced group facilitator, Julie combines coactive coaching skills with unique problem-solving tools honed through 20 years as a marketing agency owner in the creative services industry. Since becoming a coach in 2007, she has worked with hundreds of individuals in marketing, technology, manufacturing, professional services and other industries, including some of the biggest and best-known brands in the world. She is a frequent speaker on topics including leadership, coaching and creativity.
Julie holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from the Coaches Training Institute and is one of less than 900 coaches in the world to earn a Master Certified Coach (MCC) distinction from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the only global governing board for coaches. She is a certified administrator of 360 assessment tools: The Leadership Circle and The Leadership Culture Survey. In addition, she is certified in coaching from The Arbinger Institute and from the School of the Art Institute in Innovation & Creativity. She is a member of ICF, the Chicago Coach Federation and The Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, A Harvard Medical School Affiliate. Recently, Julie binge-watched seven seasons of Scandal and then earned an M.S. degree in Forensic Psychology.
