Paul has worked as a consultant on three continents as a management consultant providing guidance and solutions to organizations looking to improve or enhance their operational effectiveness. He has reorganized departments, reduced supply expenses, improved quality of services that were provided, eliminated wastful processes, and guided executive leaders to develop strategic plans. He has had teams of consultants that he directed, coached, and mentored to be effective in their efforts to transform client organizations. Paul personally developed a program for teams of consultants to help front-line managers make improvements that meant something to them and their bosses. He credits his success to his knowledge of systems that he gained as a biochemist and 7 powerful tools: Statistical analysis, executive coaching, project management, process analysis, effective listening, simple communication and critical observation. All of these form the foundations for the management of change. Paul believes that change management is not a unique discipline or specialty but is the mission and challenge of every management consultant.
