Through three decades of a professional career as an advanced practice nurse, educator, executive, and entrepreneur who fostered the well-being of clients, development of students, productivity of staff and teams, and customer quality services, Susan understands what it takes to seize opportunities and thrive amidst challenges while making a difference and impact.
Susan completed her training through the internationally recognized Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and has been certified with an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a registered nurse and holds a Master’s degree as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Within the co-active coaching construct, Susan is a catalyst guiding others in unlocking transformative change. She ventures into life with a determination to positively impact and inspire the lives of others.
She resides in northwest Indiana with her high school sweetheart and soul-mate enjoying the natural surroundings of the Indiana Dunes, savoring the culture and energy of Chicago, and exploring the waters of Lake Michigan under sail.
